Bộ Tài chính vừa tung ra Thông tư 32/2026/TT-BTC, chính thức đưa tài sản mã hóa vào khuôn khổ quản lý thuế.
Đây là những gì anh em cần nắm để không bị bỡ ngỡ:
1.Giao dịch Crypto KHÔNG chịu thuế GTGT (VAT)
Theo Điều 3, các hoạt động chuyển nhượng, kinh doanh tài sản mã hóa thuộc đối tượng không chịu thuế GTGT.
Điều này cực kỳ quan trọng vì nó giúp giảm bớt gánh nặng chi phí cho cả người mua lẫn người bán, thúc đẩy thanh khoản thị trường.
2. Thuế thu nhập cá nhân là 0.1%
Dành cho tất cả anh em cá nhân (không phân biệt cư trú hay không):
Mức thuế: 0.1% tính trên giá trị chuyển nhượng từng lần.
Cách tính: Giống hệt như anh em đánh chứng khoán hiện nay. Cứ mỗi lần chốt lời hoặc chuyển nhượng qua sàn/tổ chức cung cấp dịch vụ là bị thu 0.1%.
Đơn giản nhưng không thể né!
3. Đối với các doanh nghiệp (TNDN)
Doanh nghiệp trong nước: Đóng thuế 20% trên lợi nhuận (Doanh thu trừ chi phí có hóa đơn, chứng từ hợp lệ).
Nhà đầu tư tổ chức nước ngoài: Áp dụng mức 0.1% trên doanh thu chuyển nhượng từng lần.
***Việc đóng thuế không phải là tin xấu. Đây là bước đi đầu tiên để hợp pháp hóa tài sản mã hóa tại Việt Nam.
Tại vì khi bạn đóng thuế, quyền lợi của bạn sẽ được pháp luật bảo vệ rõ ràng hơn, việc rút tiền về ngân hàng cũng sẽ minh bạch, không còn lo bị hỏi vì nguồn tiền lạ nữa :)
