The rapporteur of the CPMI (Mixed Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry) of the INSS (National Institute of Social Security), Deputy Alfredo Gaspar (União Brasil-AL), requested, in his final opinion, the preventive detention of businessman Fabio Luís Lula da Silva, known as Lulinha, the eldest son of the President of the Republic.
