Dear Sir or Madam,
We, European users of the Binance platform, hereby respectfully address this collective letter to you, recognizing the major role that #Binance plays in the global digital assets ecosystem.
Since the entry into force of the MiCA (Markets in Crypto-Assets) regulation in Europe, we have observed several limitations in the daily use of the Binance application for European residents. We fully understand the need to comply with local regulatory requirements and commend Binance's ongoing efforts in compliance and user protection.
