I am 30 years old this year. In 2019, I borrowed 60,000 and stepped into the crypto world. Last year, my assets exceeded 10 million.

With 8 hours of reviewing trades every day, more than 200 days a year, and persisting for 5 years, you might just be standing at the threshold of profitability. There will inevitably be big pitfalls over ten years, so the principal must not exceed your capacity to bear losses. Many people have turned tens of thousands into hundreds of millions, but a single bear market can wipe them out — human nature is extremely fragile in the face of trends.
In the crypto world, it's almost impossible to change others; the only thing you can change is yourself. Losing money is not scary; what is scary is not finding the reasons and not correcting the mistakes. The market doesn’t care about the process; it only cares about the results. In the adult world, there are no 'ifs'; once you choose, even if it's wrong, you must walk through it on your knees.
Trading must abandon luck, abandon the fantasy of getting rich quickly, and abandon every trade outside of your understanding. Before every trade, ask yourself: Do I understand it? Is there evidence? Is the risk control in place? Can I accept failure? Truly understanding your own limits is the starting point for a qualified investor.
The essence of trading: cut losses when wrong, hold when right.
As long as you are willing to change, any time is the best time to start.
