HOW TO NOT GET FOOLED:
Rule 1: NEVER short on first dip after pump. That's always the fake dip.
Rule 2: Wait for SECOND pump to exhaust. When RSI hits 85+ for the SECOND time
→ that's the real top.
Rule 3: Confirm with volume — real dump has MASSIVE volume. Fake dip has low
volume.
Rule 4: Watch LS ratio — when shorts drop from 57% to 40% or below = squeeze
is DONE. All weak shorts already liquidated. NOW safe to short.
Better plan:
- Move limit entry to $2.00–$2.10 (after second pump)
- Wait for shorts to drop below 45%
- Enter only when RSI hits 85+ for SECOND time
This way we short when all traps are already sprung. Whales have no more fuel
to squeeze.
