Learn & Calculate Risk Management in Crypto
If you want to successful in any financial market must do Risk management, no body is sure here...everyone is going with probabilities and own experience so risk management is compulsory, so now come to point how you can calculate your risk on crypto,
E.x You are going to trade #ETHUSDT for Long:
your Entry Price $ETH is: 1470 and Stoploss is 1370 while your TP are 1520, 1560, 1620 blah blah so here is the advance formula of calculation:
Risk in $ (USDT) / Entry - Stoploss
10 USDT(Risk you're taking) / 1470 - 1370
10 / 100 = 0.1 ETH
so now you are gonna Long 0.1ETH only,
Note down in this calculation it's up to you what is leverage you are gonna take, 1x or 125x on both leverage you will be loss 10 usdt only!
it's magic ✨ Leverage is just a number if you are doing risk management like me.
