🇮🇹🇪🇸🇩🇿 While the Middle East burns, Spain and Italy are rushing to lock Algerian gas as the war disrupts global supply.

Italy is increasing deliveries, with Algeria already covering about 30–35% of its gas and ~20 billion cubic meters flowing yearly.

At the same time, Spain is pushing its pipeline close to full capacity to bring in more Algerian gas.

Algeria is also offering Spain more attractive terms to secure the partnership as competition for supply intensifies.

Europe is already starting to feel the pressure of rising energy prices.
