Why can't you make money in crypto? The truth is heartbreaking

Previously, I talked about friends around me who have never been able to make money in crypto. The core reason is particularly realistic — the underlying logic firmly believes that crypto is a complete scam.
On one hand, earning the industry's dividends, on the other hand, looking down on this industry from the bottom of my heart, not believing in its future, not believing in its value, this mentality is destined to go nowhere.
At least for our generation, it is highly likely that we will not see crypto disappear. Many people compare Bitcoin to tulips, but the two are not on the same level: the tulip bubble lasted only a few years, limited to the Netherlands, and is essentially just local speculation; whereas Bitcoin has gone through 17 years from 2009 to now, covering the globe with hundreds of millions of participants, its scale and consensus are completely on a different magnitude.
Looking at the essence: in terms of supply, 21 million total + halving mechanism, determines its natural scarcity
In terms of structure, with the acceptance by the U.S. government and Wall Street institutions, it has transformed from an edge asset to digital gold, incorporated into the allocation system by institutions, countries, and the wealthy, and this trend is hard to reverse.
As for the crypto circle, it doesn't matter that 95% of coins will disappear, because new memes will continue to emerge, and the speculation of global participants is inherently part of the industry's excitement.
The real stress test for BTC was the FTX crash in 2022, when the market was close to collapsing, but in the end, the industry survived and has revived after regulatory strengthening. So you may not recognize Bitcoin, but from the perspectives of time, consensus, and financial structure, the probability of it disappearing in our lifetime is extremely low.
