After destroying my brain and eyes watching BITCOIN chart and planning an entry i came back to sign and been staring at the RWA section for a while and something kept nagging at me 😂

honestly? tokenizing a land title sounds clean. put ownership on-chain, make it immutable, eliminate disputes. the registry integration connects directly to national land databases. transfers only go through if the recipient is whitelisted and compliant.

but here is the thing...

on-chain says you own it. the physical world doesnt care what the chain says.

a court can transfer land ownership through a judgment. a government can compulsorily acquire property. a fraudulent off-chain transaction can move physical possession while the token sits unchanged in a wallet. the on-chain record and the real-world state can diverge - and when they do, nothing in the protocol resolves which one wins.

the whitepaper describes registry sync and immutable ownership history. what it doesnt describe is the reconciliation mechanism when on-chain record and legal reality point in different directions.

immutable proof of ownership that strengthens property rights - or a parallel record system that creates a new category of dispute nobody has a clean answer for?? 🤔
