The postal logistics group Nova is currently considering several banks for acquisition in order to strengthen the positions of the financial company NovaPay. This was reported in a comment to Forbes Ukraine by co-owner of the group Vyacheslav Klimov.
On March 19, during the Nova Summit, Klimov announced from the stage that the financial company of the NovaPay group may soon become larger than the financial company.
"We are considering several banks that are for sale on the market," Klimov clarified in a comment to Forbes Ukraine on March 23.
The goal of the acquisition is to expand the product line for Nova clients, he added.
