Sign makes an interesting case for proof, but proof and action are never the same thing. A system can verify a claim perfectly and still hesitate when it is time to make a decision. That hesitation matters. Institutions do not move just because something is technically valid. Platforms still apply policy. Teams still rely on judgment. Humans still keep the final gate in many cases. So the real question is not whether Sign can produce stronger attestations. It is whether those attestations are strong enough to change behavior. If they only improve the record but not the response, then the technology is useful, but only up to a point.
