I’m honestly frustrated and disappointed with right now. I participated in the “Refer and Earn Together” campaign, completed the tasks, and expected to receive my rewards fairly. Instead, I get hit with a “Disqualified” status without any clear explanation.
According to the system, it says I “violated Terms of Use.” But here’s the problem — what violation? where? when? There is no transparency. Users invest time, effort, and even bring new people onto the platform, only to be rejected without proper reasoning.
This raises serious concerns:

- No detailed explanation of the violation
- Users left confused and helpless
- Rewards system feels unreliable
If there are rules, they should be clearly explained and fairly enforced — not used as a vague excuse to deny rewards. Many users depend on these campaigns, and situations like this damage trust.
I urge Binance to:
- Provide clear reasons for disqualification
- Allow fair review through the appeal system
- Respect user effort and time
