How to Unlock My Binance Account?

If your Binance account has been disabled, you can unlock it on the Binance website or app.

Note: After your account is unlocked, please allow up to 48 hours before you are able to withdraw funds or perform Binance P2P transactions.

1. Log in to your Binance account, and you’ll see the pop-up below. Select [Unlock].

2. Complete the required security verifications. Note that different verification steps will be required depending on the status of your account. 

3. A notification will be displayed:

• If the unlock is successful, you can now log into and access your account.
  Please allow up to 48 hours before you are able to withdraw funds or perform Binance P2P transactions.

• If the unlock request is under review, please wait for the result which will be sent to you via email.

• If the unlock is unsuccessful, please try again or reach out to Customer Support.
