Price Volatility: $XRP is currently trading between $2.05 - $2.15. Although it saw a peak of $2.40 levels at the beginning of January, it is currently in a period of slight stabilization (consolidation).
Legal Clarity: The long-term legal battle between Ripple and the SEC has largely been resolved. Agreements reached in 2025 and the new "Clarity Act" proposal in the U.S. has solidified XRP's status as "not a security."
ETF Expectations: The launch of XRP-based Spot ETFs (Exchange-Traded Funds) in the market has accelerated the influx of institutional investors (large companies) into XRP.
