Implementation via Reth: full compatibility with the Ethereum Virtual Machine - EVM
Consensus via PlasmaBFT: a leader-based consensus protocol inspired by Fast HotStuff, aiming to achieve transaction finality in less than one second with high throughput.
Anchoring state on Bitcoin: this is planned to be implemented via a programming bridge that reduces the need for trust.
