Good morning! We start Tuesday talking about the pillar of crypto security: the SEED PHRASE (Seed Phrase) or RECOVERY KEY.
If you are new, you must understand this: Cryptocurrencies are not stored in your wallet. They are stored on the blockchain. Your wallet (MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Ledger) only gives you the access key.
That key is your SEED PHRASE (12 or 24 words).

NO PHOTO: Never take a photo or screenshot. If your phone or cloud is hacked, you lose everything.
NO DIGITAL: Never store it in a text file, email, or password manager. A hack on your PC or email is fatal.
NO SHARING: NEVER! No technical support, platform, or person will ever ask you for your seed phrase. If they ask for it, it's a scam!
What is the correct way to store it? Write it down by hand on a piece of paper (or engrave it in metal) and keep it in a secure physical place, like a safe.
Your key is your bank! If you lose it or it gets stolen, no one can help you recover your funds.
