I. The Current Situation: Two Brakes and One Accelerator

Bittensor ($TAO ) is a super volatile asset, like a race car. I have analyzed its future risk with advanced tools (statistical models), and the result is clear:

1. Brake 1 (The Internal Danger): My analysis shows that, by nature, the probability of TAO falling (54%) is slightly higher than that of it rising. There is a "downward pressure" in the short term.

2. Brake 2 (The Dependence on $BTC ): TAO is 1.7 times more volatile than Bitcoin (BTC). If BTC falls by 10%, TAO could fall by 17%. This amplifies the risk.

3. The Great Accelerator (The Halving): The key event is the reduction in supply (the Halving) that will occur from December 10 to 16, 2025. This is a bullish time bomb for the long term, but it can cause chaos in the short term.

II. Tactical Opportunity: The Selling Plan (Short) 📉

Taking advantage of the natural risk of TAO and its dependence on Bitcoin, the safest strategy in the short term is to bet down.

1. The Critical Moment (Short Activator)

We don't want to make a Short (Short Selling) blindly. We want to wait for the macro panic signal:

• Exit Signal: Wait for Bitcoin (BTC) to break the critical support of $70,000 USD.

• Logic: If BTC falls that much, the panic is global, and TAO's decline will multiply.

III. Value Opportunity: The Buying Plan (Long) 📈

If your goal is the long term (post-Halving) and you want to buy "cheap", the strategy is to buy where everyone is selling.

1. The Extreme Discount Zone

Do not buy now (you are buying against the risk). Wait for panic to take it to extreme discount levels and use automatic buy orders (Limit).

• Limit Entry Point: $208.00 USD

• Logic: If BTC falls and drags TAO down, the price of $208 is a great "value discount" for an asset with an impending Halving.

If we analyze the 1D chart, we can notice a slightly descending triangle pattern; right now we are at the lower edge, giving more and more indications of an imminent decline. Closing the daily candle below $252 would be a confirmation, and if we add it to BTC's movements (breaking the support of 70k), we have an effective short entry.

Does this mean TAO will die?

Not at all, it is undergoing a deep correction due to macroeconomic elements, BTC performance, and market uncertainty, but this currency is one of the most valuable when it comes to AI. So let's take advantage of the drop to buy as much as possible that will yield us a significant profit in the long run.

I hope I have been clear and that my post is understandable for both inexperienced and experienced traders in this community. My idea is to share knowledge so that we can all be winners.

Happy trading and many profits!
