Recently, I came across the project @Plasma and feel it deserves a detailed discussion.

Plasma is a Layer 1 public chain specifically built for 'stablecoin + large-scale payments', with the core goal of making on-chain payments as simple, secure, and low-cost as everyday transfers. It supports zero-fee USD₮ transfers, customizable payment gas tokens, native Bitcoin bridging, and a fully compatible EVM development environment (which can be directly used with Solidity, Hardhat, and MetaMask).

Why is it worth paying attention to?

First of all, the design concept of Plasma is very clear: stablecoins deserve native support from the protocol layer, rather than relying on external plugins or intermediaries.

Secondly, its architecture includes PlasmaBFT consensus (high-speed, deterministic block generation), EVM execution layer, and a trust-minimized Bitcoin bridge, enabling BTC, USD₮, and smart contracts to collaborate within a single environment.

Here are a few highlights:

① USD₮ zero-fee transfers, sponsored gas for qualified users through the official paymaster contract.

② Custom gas tokens, allowing the project party's own tokens to pay gas, reducing the entry barrier for users.

③ The privacy payment module is under development, supporting the concealment of amounts, addresses, and notes, suitable for payroll and corporate settlement scenarios.

From the perspective of scenarios: If you want to do cross-border payments, real asset tokenization, on-chain fiat deposits and withdrawals, or financial products that allow Bitcoin to directly participate in smart contracts—Plasma's infrastructure is significantly different from traditional chains.

A couple of days ago, the project team tweeted: Since its launch, Plasma has contributed over 1% of the global digital dollar supply in just 40 days, and it's still increasing!

From a long-term value perspective, if you are optimistic about the track of 'stablecoin dominance + real economy on-chain + unlimited payments', Plasma is a project that does solid work at the base layer. Seeing token $XPL is not betting on a concept, but rather betting on a chain that may become the entry point for the 'dollar version blockchain.' Isn't that very attractive?

(Not investment advice, but I think this track is worth deep observation.)

Finally, the relevant information about the project is attached below; interested brothers and sisters can research it themselves.
