🔍 DAY 8/30: 3 Key Metrics to Evaluate a Project

Price is just the tip of the iceberg. If you want to invest wisely, look at THESE 3 KEY METRICS:

1️⃣ 💰 MARKET CAPITALIZATION

· What is it? The total value of the project in the market.

· Why does it matter? It tells you if the project is large (mature) or small (speculative).

2️⃣ 📊 TRANSACTION VOLUME

· What is it? The amount of tokens traded over a period.

· Why does it matter? High volume = real interest. Low volume = little activity.

3️⃣ 🔐 TVL (TOTAL VALUE LOCKED)

· What is it? The total value locked in a DeFi ecosystem.

· Why does it matter? High TVL = user trust and real utility.

💡 Conclusion:

A low price does not mean "opportunity", and a high price does not mean "value". Combine these metrics with your research (DYOR).
