My personal opinion:
In the short term, I am bearish, and unless something unexpected happens, there will soon be a wave of pullback.
The coin's one-day surge of 35% looks quite frightening, but it is definitely a textbook case of "pump and dump"!
The most critical flaw is that the OBV (On-Balance Volume) is negative at 277 million! The price has surged by a third, but real capital is fleeing on a large scale. This is clearly a scenario where the market makers are using a small amount of funds to manipulate the price, enticing retail investors to buy in.
The current price of 0.23439 is already very close to the upper Bollinger Band at 0.23542. When such a rapid rise hits the upper band, there is a 99% probability that it will crash down. Although the EMA7 shows a short-term support at 0.23231, it cannot be relied upon in this severely divergent market.
The key point is that the trading volume is only 4.31 million, which is more than half less than the 5-day average volume of 9.62 million! This is a typical example of a low-volume upward move, completely driven by market makers' self-indulgence. The 24-hour volatility has reached 40%, indicating extremely violent fluctuations and explosive risks.
My strategy is very clear: absolutely do not chase the price! If the price shows a long upper shadow near 0.235, it will be an excellent opportunity for a short position, with a stop loss set above 0.24, targeting the middle Bollinger Band near 0.22.
