Shark Bình officially arrested - Stranded shark

Mr. Nguyễn Hòa Bình (commonly known as Shark Bình) has been prosecuted and temporarily detained for allegedly defrauding a particularly large sum of money related to the digital currency project #AntEx .

Mr. Bình is being investigated by the Hanoi Police Department for criminal liability for the crime of fraud and misappropriation of property and violation of accounting regulations causing serious consequences.

The prosecution decisions were implemented on 10/10. In addition to Shark Bình, 9 related individuals have also been prosecuted for the above 2 crimes.

Hanoi Police stated that the group of suspects had agreed on a plan to issue 100 trillion tokens. From 8/2021 to 11/2021, this group sold 33.2 trillion tokens to about 30,000 investors, earning approximately 4.5 million USDT (~117 trillion VND).
