So Vietnam has guidelines for tax payment, there may be 2 ways to collect taxes like other countries before, 1 is individuals self-declare, 2 is exchanges cooperating with tax authorities to collect directly, in case 1 I think is less likely as most people will be directly collected and paid by top exchanges like Binance, Okex, ... with a fee of 0.1% which is an acceptable level for both spot and margin traders, the spot level is not worth mentioning, while with the margin fee from the tax authorities it is almost certainly based on actual volume meaning it only adds a very small part compared to the orders when you go vol x5 x10, but for those going vol x20 x50 it is almost not charged at all. The important thing is $BTC has closed the W candle badly, the M candle is also bad, sell in May???
