Gnosis and Zisk proposed the Ethereum Economic Zone, or EEZ, framework with the Ethereum Foundation to reduce fragmentation across Ethereum Layer 2 networks. The framework is designed to process smart contract executions across multiple rollups and the Ethereum mainnet in a single transaction.
