P2P RECOMMENDATIONS

What you should do if you buy via P2P and do not receive a response from the seller to release your USDT:

If you pay and the other party does not release the USDT, the appeal (dispute) in Binance P2P is the correct mechanism to protect your funds.

If you provide proof of payment (bank receipt) that you fulfilled, Binance usually releases the blocked USDT in the "escrow" to your account.

Key steps and recommendations:

Evidence: Attach the bank transfer receipt, reference number, and screenshot of the chat in the appeal.

Waiting time: Sometimes transfers are not immediate, but if after 15-30 minutes there is no response, the appeal is necessary.

Matching name: The transfer must come from a bank account in your same name registered on Binance to ensure the success of the appeal.

Security measure: Binance freezes the seller's assets while investigating. If the other party does not respond or the case is clear, you win.

If the appeal is resolved in your favor, the USDT is credited directly to your Binance wallet. If the issue was a transfer of greater value than agreed, Binance will seek to have the seller refund the excess.
