That’s extremely rare and has only happened once before in its history.
The last time this occurred, from August 2018 to January 2019, Bitcoin dropped roughly 60% over six months.
In the current streak, the drawdown from the peak is around 47%.
This isn’t the largest drop ever, but it is one of the longest sustained periods of losses Bitcoin has seen.
