The conflict in the Middle East has shown escalation after Iran's military attack on Prince Sultan Air Base in Saudi Arabia on Friday (March 27, 2026). In the incident, 12 United States (US) soldiers were reported injured, including two in critical condition.
Referring to a Reuters report, the number of injured from the US military has now exceeded 300 since the conflict began on February 28, 2026.
Two US officials also confirmed that the Iranian missile strike that occurred just before last weekend resulted in at least 10 US military personnel injured at the same location.
