When the market is good, I eat along; when the market turns, at most I give back half the profit, and my principal remains untouched. Over the years, I have withdrawn profits 37 times, with the most in one week being 180,000U, and the exchange even called to ask if I was laundering money.
Second, bet on both sides and turn others' liquidation points into cash machines.
For the same coin, place one order to chase the breakout and another order to short at high positions. Set stop losses on both sides to within 1.5%, and set take profits at five times or more. The market is in a sideways trend 80% of the time; while others get hit back and forth, I collect money from both sides. On the day LUNA collapsed, with a spike of 90%, I took profits on both long and short positions, and my account grew by 42% in a single day.
Third, a stop loss is just the ticket, small losses can lead to big gains.
1.5% risk for a chance to sit at the helm. My win rate is only 38%, but the profit-loss ratio is 4.8:1 — for every 1 dollar of risk, I steadily earn 1.9 dollars. Capturing two waves of trends in a year is better than any financial management.
Three iron-clad rules for practice:
· Divide funds into ten parts, use only one part at a time, and hold a maximum of three positions
· If you lose two consecutive trades, turn off your computer and go work out; don't think about recovering
· If your account doubles, withdraw 20% to buy something stable; don’t panic when a bear market comes
