S.I.G.N. here looked like coordination tooling, just cleaner signals between systems. It’s not that simple. It’s trying to replace coordination with shared proof. What I’m watching is whether systems actually sync around that evidence or still operate independently.
If verification becomes a repeated anchor across actors, you get real economic coupling. If not, coordination stays loose. The design makes sense, but the usage still needs proof.
