I used to think that systems had problems because they couldn't share data properly.
But now they do.
The real problem is that they don't understand data in the same way.
So every time something moves between systems, it has to be translated again.
That's where friction is generated.
SIGN feels different because it reduces that need to translate.

So systems no longer need to ask "what does this mean here?"...
