TRADER PSYCHOLOGY: WHY THE "90/10" IS YOUR LIFE INSURANCE IN 2026?

If you want to survive and win in this cycle, you have to understand the psychology behind your capital. It's not about predicting the future; it's about managing the present. Here I explain my golden rule:
1. 90% in SPOT (Your Strength) 🏰
90% of your capital should be in Spot positions (buy the actual coin, without leverage).
Psychology: Here there are no liquidations. If the price drops by 20%, you still have the same coins. This allows you to sleep peacefully, travel, or focus on your own things without the anxiety of being glued to the screen every 5 minutes.
Goal: Long-term accumulation. This is the place for Bitcoin (BTC), your store of value, and for solid ecosystems like Avalanche (AVAX), where you trust the technology and the growth of the network.
2. The 10% in FUTURES (Your Laboratory) 🧪
Only 10% (or even less) goes to high-risk trading or leverage.
Psychology: This money is "controlled risk". If a trade goes wrong, your principal asset (the 90%) remains intact. This eliminates the fear of losing, which ironically makes you a better trader because you operate based on analysis, not emotion.
My Personal Strategy: In this 10%, I really like to move in volatile assets like Sui. Here I operate both Long (betting on the rise) and Short (betting on the fall) to capture quick movements. But be careful: with a maximum leverage of x10 and always with strict risk management (calculated Stop-Loss). It's not guessing, it's executing a plan.
