Strategy for entering from the higher time frame to the lower time frame (HTF → LTF)
The problem for most traders is that they enter without a clear direction...
But professionals work differently:
First: We determine the direction from the higher time frame (4 hours)
We identify:
Highest Candle (CRTH)
Lowest Candle (CRTL)
50% Area (Equilibrium Area)
If the price is above 50% → we look for buying
If the price is below 50% → we look for selling
In simple terms:
The higher time frame = only determines the direction
Second: We enter from the lower time frame (5 minutes)
We wait for 3 very important things:
MSS → Market Structure Break
CISD → Confirmation of Direction Change
Breaker / Order Block → Entry Area
Then we enter from the shaded area
And the target is:
Either 50%
Or 100% of the move

Go down to the 5-minute frame
Wait for MSS
Wait for CISD
Enter from Order Block
Target 50% or 100%
