🐋 HOW TO READ WHALE ONCHAIN SIGNALS - DON'T GET LED ASTRAY!
People often ask me about smart money signals. Today I will share the truth:
❌ DEADLY MISTAKES:
- Seeing whales buy and FOMOing in
- Not checking exit rate
- Entering trades when the signal has timed out
- Trading junk coins because "whales are buying too"
✅ HOW TO READ CORRECTLY:
1️⃣ Check Exit Rate
- Exit Rate >70%: Whales have taken profits nearly all
- Exit Rate <30%: There's room to follow
- Exit Rate 100%: They've exited completely, don't enter!
2️⃣ Check Status
- Active: Signal is still valid
- Timeout: The observation period has passed
- Completed: Has been completed (TP/SL)
3️⃣ Check Market Cap
- MC <$50M: High risk, junk coin
- MC >$50M: Safer
4️⃣ Check Smart Money Count
- 3-5 wallets: Normal
- 7+ wallets: Stronger signal
- But still must filter by MC
💡 LESSON:
Smart money is not "divine". They:
- Enter early (right at launch)
- Exit quickly (24-48h)
- Accept high risk (low-cap coins)
Retail folks entering later → become exit liquidity!
Onchain data is a tool, not a holy grail. Use it right to survive, use it wrong and burn!
