But I’m also aware that systems like this don’t succeed on technical merit alone. They succeed when they align with incentives, when they become easier to use than the alternatives, and when they solve a problem that people feel acutely enough to change their behavior.
If this project manages to do that, its impact won’t be loud or dramatic. It won’t feel like a sudden transformation. It will show up in small ways fewer delays, fewer manual checks, fewer moments of uncertainty about whether something can be trusted.
And if it works, it will likely feel invisible, not revolutionary.
