If your current principal is less than two thousand U, I have to say something unpleasant: what you should learn is not how to get rich quickly but how to survive.

Last year, I guided a beginner who started with one thousand five U and in three months reached forty-two thousand U, without any liquidation or major drawdown throughout.

It wasn't luck or betting everything on a single coin, but rather three very simple rules.

The first rule is to diversify; going all in is slow suicide.

Split one thousand five U into three parts: five hundred U for day trading, with a maximum of two trades per day; five hundred U reserved for swing trading, taking action every ten days to half a month; and five hundred U as emergency funds that must not be touched lightly.

The core message is: never allow yourself to go all in at any time.

As long as you don't die, there will be opportunities to turn things around.

The second rule is to only engage in certainty, abandon everything else.

Do not participate in sideways movements; most losses occur in this kind of grinding market.

If the direction hasn’t been established, stay out; it’s better to miss out than to incur random losses.

Only take action when the structure is clear and the trend is obvious.

Remember, market opportunities are not available every day, but your principal is consumed daily.

The third rule is to solidify the rules and clear your emotions.

Limit single trade losses to 2%, take profits at 4% by cutting half, and withdraw part of the profits once the account exceeds 20% over the principal; never add to your position to average down when in loss, as this is the root cause of failure for most people.

Do not gamble on rebounds, do not hold onto losing positions, and do not fantasize about miracles.

If you want to make a comeback, first understand one thing: you need to have capital to qualify for discussions about doubling.

Diversify and wait for opportunities to control your position; these may sound unexciting, but they will save you a lot of detours.
