Bhutan typically liquidates assets in batches of 5 million to 10 million USD, transferring funds to exchanges or market makers like QCP Capital. Recently, their transfer frequency has surged, having just sent an additional 123.7 BTC (approximately 8.5 million USD) to a new address.
