BITCOIN ETF FLOWS ARE RETURNING, BUT $BTC HOLDERS ARE STILL UNDERWATER

Bitcoin ETFs have recovered nearly $3 billion after a steep outflow phase, yet year-to-date net flows remain negative by more than $6 billion. That keeps the institutional backdrop fragile: demand is improving, but sentiment has not fully reset, and most ETF holders are still sitting on floating losses.

I think this matters because trapped supply often turns into fuel when buyers finally step back in. If inflows keep rebuilding while fear stays elevated, $BTC can move harder than the flow numbers imply.
