Cryptocurrency in Russia will END this spring — the State Duma is preparing a bill to ban trading in USDT and Bitcoin

• All transactions through exchanges and exchangers will be BANNED;

• Cryptographers will be allowed to trade only under the supervision of the Russian Central Bank;

• Banks will no longer be able to process payments to foreign exchanges and exchangers without approved intermediaries;

• The maximum turnover will be 300,000 rubles per year for one intermediary;

• A whitelist of cryptocurrencies will appear — only 5-10 coins will be approved;

• Violators will face CRIMINAL charges.

The bill will be submitted next week and adopted this spring.
