BREAKING: U.S JUDGE blocks TRUMP administration from labeling anthropic a national security risk.

A U.S. federal judge granted a preliminary injunction, stopping the government from banning agencies and contractors from working with Anthropic.

The court said the government’s actions looked like punishment, not national security, and warned the restrictions could “cripple” the company.

The case will continue, but for now, the government cannot enforce the supply chain risk label or broad restrictions on Anthropic.
