The U.S. Department of the Treasury plans to add Donald Trump's signature to the U.S. dollar, marking the first time in history that a sitting president's signature will appear on American currency.
U.S. Treasury Secretary Brandon Beach in an interview with Vanity Fair. "The president's contribution to history as the architect of America's economic revival in the golden age is undeniable. Adding his signature to American currency is not only appropriate but also well-deserved." The first $100 bills featuring Trump's signature and U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent will be printed in June.
