I no longer believe in fairy tales about complete independence in Web3. As long as our access goes through Big Tech, it is only semi-freedom. And here comes Sign — not as a savior, but as a tool of a harsher reality.
Its idea is simple: you are not a nickname and not a wallet, but a collection of verified actions. Signed — recorded. Received certification — it remains forever. It is no longer about "believe", but about "prove".
What strikes me here is the change of culture. If the system works — the market will become cleaner, and there will be fewer random winners. But along with this, part of the freedom we came here for will also disappear.
Sign is not about revolution. It is about discipline. And the question is only whether we are ready to live by new rules.
