I don’t look at @SignOfficial as a clean system it feels like something trying to hold together money identity and prOOf because in real life those parts keep breaking. When they meet I have seen payments delayed because the identIty does not match recOrds questioned even when valid. This feels like it is trying to kep that from falling apart I am not convinced yet but it stays on my raDar.
