KAT has experienced extreme volatility on the 15m chart, printing a massive impulse wave with a long wick up to 0.01842, followed by a sharp and necessary correction. The price is currently consolidating between the short-term EMA(7) and the dynamic support of EMA(25). The RSI(6) has completely reset from extreme overbought conditions down to a neutral 52.9, indicating the aggressive selling pressure is cooling off. We are looking to accumulate in this support zone for a bounce play, aiming to partially fill that massive upside wick.
