Washington sent Tehran a 15-point peace plan, demanding, in particular, the transfer of highly enriched uranium stocks to the IAEA, media reports. According to Axios, Iran agrees with several points of the plan.

The United States sent Iran a plan to end the war in the Middle East. This was reported on Tuesday, March 24, by The New York Times, citing two informed officials. The document, consisting of 15 points, was handed over to Iran's leadership through Pakistan.
According to Israeli television channel N12, the plan includes, in particular, Iran's abandonment of nuclear weapons development and the transfer of enriched uranium stocks to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
As Axios reports citing a source, US special envoy Stephen Witkoff conveyed to Donald Trump that Iran agreed to several key points of the plan, including the transfer of its stocks of highly enriched uranium. The official reaction from Tehran remains unknown for now. It is also unclear how Israel, which along with the US has been striking Iran for four weeks, views the peace plan.
On March 23, Trump stated about "productive negotiations" with the Iranian leadership. He also instructed to suspend strikes on Iran's energy infrastructure for five days. Tehran denies the fact of negotiations, claiming that they "did not happen and do not exist."
Iran allowed "non-hostile" vessels to pass through the Strait of Hormuz
Meanwhile, on March 24, the Iranian Foreign Ministry informed the UN Security Council and the International Maritime Organization that "non-hostile vessels" may pass through the Strait of Hormuz if they coordinate their actions with Tehran in advance.
"Non-hostile vessels, including those belonging to other states or associated with them, may - provided they do not participate in acts of aggression against Iran and do not support them, and also fully comply with the stated safety rules - be granted the right to safe passage through the Strait of Hormuz," the document cited by Reuters states.
Currently, the transportation through the Strait of Hormuz of approximately 20 percent of the world's oil and LNG reserves has practically ceased under the conditions of the war in the Middle East.
