It’s disappointing to see the lack of transparency and accountability on Binance Square.
I raised a concern nearly a month ago, yet there has been no proper resolution or clear response. What’s more concerning is the behavior of the support team instead of providing clarity and guidance, creators are being misinformed and, at times, treated unprofessionally.
If the platform truly values its creator community, then timely responses, transparent processes, and respectful communication should be the priority not delays and vague assurances.
