Midnight and couldn’t tell where the cost actually resets. If capacity accumulates instead of depleting, then usage isn’t about constant re-entry, it’s about drawing from something that keeps building. What I’m watching is whether that creates real retention or just unused supply. If developers keep using it and validators stay aligned, it works. If not, the design makes sense, but usage still needs proof.
