On Tuesday morning, it's been three days without an airdrop, I'm so hungry! It's terrible! Holding a score of 254, I feel lost. I'm going to find the alpha team to battle again today! I finished my run early, and my combat power is off the charts now. 😏
You night owls probably haven't seen a sunrise much, have you? I captured the gentleness of the morning in the lens and share it with you~☀️ (sunrise limited edition)
But speaking of which, the more there’s nothing to gain and emotions are easily disturbed, the more we need to shift our attention from short-term feedback back to content creators. This morning my state was online, so I casually flipped through a project that’s worth discussing lately: @MidnightNetwork .
The core competition of Midnight lies in who will control the user's DUST entry. From the perspective of the white paper design, DUST is not a fee token that can flow freely in the ordinary sense; it cannot be transferred at will but can be directed generated to a specified address by the holder of $NIGHT ; at the same time, the DApp can sponsor operations for users, and in the future, users may even obtain network usage capabilities indirectly using tokens from other chains or even fiat currencies.
This means that what is truly scarce in Midnight is who has the right to hand over transaction capabilities to users. Once this logic is established, the competitive landscape will evolve from mere holding token games to entry games. Wallets can become the default DUST receiving layer for users, and DApps can hide the transaction thresholds in the background through sponsor mechanisms, while infrastructure and service providers may take on larger-scale resource scheduling functions in the capacity marketplace. Whoever is closer to the users, and can continuously provide stable, low-friction transaction capabilities, will have a better chance of occupying a core position in the Midnight ecosystem.
So, the interesting part of Midnight is that it has restructured the way ownership and usage rights are organized. The key competition in the future ecosystem may be who controls the most natural and highest frequency DUST acquisition paths for users. What do you think? #night 1
