Good evening, folks. I still have to work tomorrow, yet I'm here writing an article. It's really something, lying alone in bed, looking at materials while writing.
In the past few days, I've spent quite a bit of time going through the official documentation, white paper, and some interviews with the founders of @SignOfficial . To be honest, I have a pretty good understanding of this project now.
I think most people may have a misunderstanding of SIGN. Why do I say that?
It's not that it's bad; it's just that I think most people are still using the wrong framework to view this project.
There are several people around me talking about SIGN, all discussing TokenTable, how much income they've made, how many users they've registered, how many tokens they've distributed, blah blah blah. These are all real, but I feel this isn't the game that SIGN wants to play.
What does the traditional Internet account system require? I don't need to say, everyone knows, it's just institutional endorsement and platform credit. But there is a big problem in between: trust is rented, not yours; switching platforms means starting from scratch.
What SIGN wants to do is to allow this credit to flow, enabling your Attestation proof on the chain to work across chains and platforms, giving you that feeling of usability anywhere. Your credit can be used in any scenario!
Especially under the current geopolitical pressure, SIGN is able to rise against the trend in this environment, with the price reaching $0.053, closing in the green for five consecutive days. But this is not the end; this is just the beginning. Currently, the market cap is less than 80 million, having dropped about 70% from its historical high. I think it is severely undervalued, waiting for the day when Attestation can run smoothly, the ceiling will be very high.
With the launch of the OBI plan a couple of days ago, more and more investors are choosing to buy SIGN and then transfer it to their on-chain wallets, which is a very strong signal. The 9,000,000 SIGN for the first season is also ready for distribution.
All indications show that the team is operating seriously, without hype, but genuinely putting effort into the project.
