🚨 AI is about to kill ads… and nobody is ready for it
Seriously… it sounds crazy
until you actually look deeper 🤨
a16z is basically saying:
👉 advertising is an outdated internet hack
👉 and it’s starting to break
Why?
Because of AI agents
And this is where it gets real 👇
💀 people won’t search for products anymore
🤖 agents will do it for them
And guess what?
AI doesn’t click ads
it doesn’t care about banners
it doesn’t respond to marketing
👉 it only looks at data, price, and logic
The entire internet model for 20+ years has been:

But now…
AI cuts that layer out completely

and that breaks everything
