SEC & CFTC CLASSIFY 16 CRYPTO AS “DIGITAL COMMODITIES”
The landmark taxonomy clarifies which major crypto assets fall outside securities classification. It lists the following assets as digital commodities:
$BTC , $ETH , $XRP, $SOL , $ADA, $AVAX, $DOT, $LINK, $LTC, $BCH, $XLM, $HBAR, $XTZ, $DOGE, $SHIB, and $APT.
