I can't hold it anymore, friends. If there is no airdrop today, that would be a bit too much! What's more frustrating is that I lost 5 points on the boost task yesterday, and I only have 237 in total, so I probably won’t get to participate.

The number of Alpha is stable at over 100,000, and this group of people should be the toughest nuts to crack. I just wonder if this persistence is worth it?

With no airdrop, I have some free time, so I have been contemplating the trends and future of the current privacy track. I thought of ZK, I thought of Monero, and I still think that @MidnightNetwork 's $NIGHT might be more reliable, although currently, the market share still doesn't match competitors. However, from an architectural perspective, there is still hope. Midnight’s concept of "rational privacy" is very different from traditional coins. Through its NIGHT/DUST dual model and ZK tech stack, we see that the core competition in the future privacy track is no longer about "who hides deeper," but rather "who can find the best balance between compliance, performance, and privacy."

For investors and developers, I believe that 2026 will be a crucial year for privacy infrastructure to transition from the "laboratory" to the "production environment." In today's awakening of data sovereignty awareness, projects like Midnight, which have a strong engineering background and a clear compliance path, are likely to define the Web3 security standards for the next five years.
